I'm Alan Cook, a.k.a. cfreek, a web designer and web developer working at New Age Digital in Richmond, Virginia.

I became interested in computers when I was young using a Tandy 1000sx, and progressed into web design and programming when I was in high school. The web was still young, and I kept up with the new technologies as they came out.

I have continued to keep up with all of the "new" technologies and standards through out the years and incorporate this knowledge in to sites I develop.
